Actually I love cooking and learning new things, I am an on & off raw Foodist to help me with my Systemic Lupus; however I do eat raw fish and sometimes raw dairy. I guess I would consider myself a "raw pescatarian" aside from the occasional raw goats milk / cheese once in a blue moon.

Since going raw, I tend to of course have more stuff in the fridge; and it's getting crowded.  I decided to put all "my stuff" in the garage refrigerator since there's much more room in there. 

But now it seems the "out of sight, out of mind" thing is happening.

I need to bring it all back in .  Ha!  Or something.
Last night I cooked a big pot of my mom's Mexican Taco Soup and while I had a serving, I was wondering how my tummy would fare.   It didn't fare well.   I woke up with heartburn and my intestines were rumbling.  Nothing severe, but I knew my stomach wasn't used to the acidity and I was reminded once again the benefits of staying raw.  Time to make my raw mexican soup instead!
